1996: On July 8, Miss Lu Yu-lan, the Principle of Li-Ren Elmentary

School, was authorized to be the chairperson of a preparatory committee to start a new elementary school.

1996:On August 1, Mr. Chang Chin Lung, the second principle of  Li-Ren Elementary School,continued the processing of the new school foundation.

1997:On July 29, the school construction ceremony was held.

1997:In October, Lai Cuo was named by the Taichung City mayor.

1997:In November Lai Tsuo was ratified by the Taiwan Provincial Government

1998:On August 1, Mr. Lin Jun Yan became the first principle of Lai Cuo Elementary School and managed all the affairs of school constructions and establishment.

1999:On August 30,Lai Cuo Elementary School was officially founded.
